Club heaven booking and refund policy

All bookings will get confirmation only after full payment transfer and materialized at bank.

In case of any net work issue, booking is not completed and money debited from your account You will receive your refund in 100% within 3 working days, even in case not receive you may please forward detail at e mail: – heavenhospitality2019@gmail.com / booking.clubheaven@gmail.com
Our reservation team will give you prompt reply to your satisfaction.

Cancelation policy:-

Minimum INR 200 cancelation charges upon cancelation before 30 days of reservation date.

50% charge upon reservation cancellation before 15 days of reservation date.

75 % charge upon cancelation before 7 days of reservation date.

No refund upon cancelation before 6 days of reservation.

In case of any unforeseen reason (like Death /Act of GOD /Covid / Disease etc.) management keep right of their own decision about refund or advance adjustable in next Reservation.
